ive been meaning to make work-related comics forever, so enjoy some choice movie title bastardizations.

(these all actually, seriously, happened, with no humor or awareness on the part of the customer at the time as far as I could tell. so, yes, someone actually asked for a ticket to “Detergent” with a straight face.)

I worked in a theatre for 5 years and I can confirm that this literally happens with like, every other customer, it’s astounding.

When Finding Nemo was out I saw it three times (I like Nemo) and I asked for a ticket to see Finding Chico, Finding Elmo, and Finding Marco, and the employees didn’t react at all. Now I think I understand why
